How the census shapes your plan
Insurers design plans around real numbers: how many people, which jobs, and where they work. Service workers often move between employers, so no single restaurant or venue can speak for the whole industry.

Who we are
In March 2020, Lindsey Scotney, a chef, sommelier, and owner of Ellis Hospitality, watched friends, coworkers, and mentors struggle through the pandemic shutdown. She started the Oklahoma Service Guild to support service workers in ways individual businesses aren't set up to, and in spring 2025 the Guild added a board of seven industry leaders from across Oklahoma.
Our goal is one-stop access to health coverage, vision screenings, mental health support, voter registration, and retirement and tax planning.
